Air Fryer Recipe
Spicy Honey Glazed Pork Chops
Spicy honey glazed pork chops are a delight when cooked in an air fryer, as it crisps the edges and creates a glossy glaze without excess oil. The air fryer’s rapid convection ensures the pork remains juicy while the glaze turns into a beautiful lacquer.

- Brush the top and sides of each chop with a thin layer of glaze.
- Cook at 180°C for 2 minutes, turn, glaze the second side, and cook for another 2–4 minutes.
- Check the thickest part with a thermometer, aiming for 63°C followed by a 5-minute rest.
