Ingredients

  • 500g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Method

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Arrange the sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are golden and crispy at the edges.
  5. While the sprouts cook, make the glaze by combining the balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small saucepan.
  6. Warm the glaze over a medium-low heat until slightly thickened, about 4-5 minutes, stirring now and then.
  7. Once the Brussels sprouts are ready, tip them back into the bowl and drizzle over the honey-balsamic glaze.
